firm specializing in Visual Identity and the design needs of companies of all sizes and industries.
I am currently the company's sole web developer and as a result I enjoy working very closely with
clients and Ms. Moon herself. My responsibilites range from coding and testing to layout and
graphic design. |

Adelante Capital Management is a real estate securities investment firm in Oakland, CA
managing over $3.4 billion in a variety of investment products. They hired StudioMoon to
design an identity and website for their pool of clients and associates. Working for StudioMoon I
continue to adapt the site to reflect various changes in market performance and personnel. |

University of Illinois Library -

The Library at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is one of the largest
library systems in the nation. The Preservation and Conservation departments oversee the protection and
rehabilitation of the University's various collections, some of which contain unique or very rare items.
These two departments needed a website which they could use to keep local library units and other Preservation
and Conservation units across the country informed. I designed and built the entire site from scratch in Spring 2003
and documented my work for future employees. |

Penny Dreadful Players

I was involved with the Penny Dreadful Players, a student theater group, from 1999 to 2002. During that time
I wrote, acted, produced, and/or directed several previously published and student-written works. I designed
and maintained the organization website and also acted as Secretary for the group, making all announcements to
the student body. During my final year I was voted Artistic Director, overseeing the production of a 10-minute
play festival and Arthur Miller's All My Sons.

Graphic Design

I've done quite a bit of graphic design and layout work for the web projects listed above. In 2005 I worked on various logo and graphic designs for Answers Express, a medical technology startup. Here are some of my favorites from the design process. The goal was to present a dynamic, clean, cutting edge quality. I've just started out in this area, but I'm learning more everyday through my work at StudioMoon and my MFA studies. |

As I'm sure you can see, I've also developed my own logo and identity for consistency among my website, business cards, invoices, etc. |
